is how it works if buy insurance
If you choose to buy shipping insurance,
we will assist you with a freight
claim if your item was damaged using
a common carrier service (ie Fedex,
UPS, USPS, DHL with our without
signature). For all truck freight
deliveries(18 wheel), you must note
damage on the receipt at the time
of delivery in order to process
a claim or refuse delivery.
We will send a call tag to you
at no charge for
the item to be returned due to damages.
The call tag will explain how the
item is to be returned. Upon the
item being picked up from you, we
will then ship you the replacement
item at no additional charge*.
*Please keep in mind, a picture
may be required of damaged item
to assist with a claim.
Insurance claims must be filed by you with our company within 1-3 business days, depending on the item. Anything past this time will be 100% the customers responsibility to handle with the shipping provider.
if I don't get insurance?
If you choose not
to buy insurance from us at the
time of your purchase, the customer
will be responsible to file a freight
claim with the carrier. Most freight
companies take a few weeks to send
a damage reimbursement check. We
are not affiliated with any shipping
company. Each shipping company has
their own freight claim process.
