a receiver or hitch bar, slips
into your trailer hitch and
is the platform for your hitchball.
It is also a critical element
in determining whether your
trailer runs down the road in
a level position.
Putnam Hitch Products manufacture
a variety of ball mount styles.
Choose from tube style, solid
steel, adjustable, multi-tow
and mini styles.
With ratings from 2,000 pounds
up to an industry leading 15,000
pounds, we have the perfect
ball mount for any towing application.
In addition, our entire line
of ball mounts (except our Chrome
ball mounts) are protected by
Polyshield, Putnam’s exclusive
corrosion fighting finish.

Tube
Style Ball Mounts
Putnam Hitch Products produces
tubular ball mounts available
in 2”, 4”, 6”
and 8” drops. Each of
these ball mounts can be used
either in the drop or rise position
providing you with the flexibility
you need to insure your hitchball
and trailer are at matching
heights. Our tubular ball mounts
range in weight capacity from
5,000 to 6,000 pounds.
Our 2”, 4” and 6”
drop ball mounts are also available
in Chrome finish to help spruce
up the look of your tow vehicle.

ball mount provides you with
the ability to match the height
of your hitchball to the height
of different trailers.

you two different styles of
adjustable ball mounts.
You can also get a Putnam Hitch
Products adjustable “Double
Tow” ball mount with either
1-7/8” & 2”
hitchballs or 2” &
2-5/16” hitchballs.
