What is the Diablosport
Predator?
The Predator is a state-of-the
art, high performance tuning flash programmer
in a sleek handheld design. Once connected
to the vehicle, the Predators internal
computer recognizes the vehicles PCM
and automatically picks the proper tuning
files designed specifically for that
PCM. Unlike other 'tuners', DiabloSport's
programming is performed in very small
increments throughout the entire RPM
range, for a smoother, wider and a more
predictable power delivery. DiabloSport
engineers spend many hours on the dyno,
street and track to ensure the tunes
provided with the Predator are the best
they can be.
Dyno Tested Performance Tunes
The Predator was created
with one thing in mind, POWER!
Average power gains are
per tune. The Predators additional power
makes itself noticeable immediately
with an increase in power that starts
in the low RPMs and builds into a frenzy
at the high RPMs.
A Predator equipped vehicle
will notice significant improvements
in drivability. The additional power
and improved shift patterns created
by the Predator tune will yield quicker
acceleration and better mileage, whether
it is in town or out on the highway.
Shift on the fly tuning
The Predator will allow
end-user to change the tunes while drving,
the initial programming will take 10min,
once complete the Predator can be plugged
in anytime and tunes can be changed
on the fly.
Idle up feature
The Predator will allow
end-user to enable the factory idle
up feature where user can raise and
lower idle while in park using the cruise
control accel and decel buttons.(automatic
transmission only)
Tire size adjustment
The Predator will allow
end-user to correct speedometer for
aftermarket tire and wheel combinations
using the tire sidewall numbers or by
measuring the actual tire height.

PowerPuck installs in
nine easy steps and in less than an
10 minutes, no wires to cut, no seals
will be broken and no feeding cables
through the firewall
Factory spec interlock
connectors and a completely sealed wiring
harness
PowerPuck is designed
to put no additional strain on the Diesel
injection pump. The rotary VP44 injection
pump in the 24v Cummins has a preset
electronic limit to the amount of fuel
it will deliver. Since the PowerPuck
is plugged in between the ECU and injection
pump, the PowerPuck is programmed to
never exceed that limit
2003 - Current PowerPuck
has a 3 position switch that allows
changing between stock, 60HP, and 90HP
settings on the fly.
