rubber side seals that attach with tongue
and groove, rather than tape.
Reinforced
panel frames that are 3 times as robust
and have integrated drain channels under
them, so there is no necessity for tape

also greatly strengthen the cover.

stake hole pockets on your truck, so it works

CONSTRUCTION: The BAKFlip is built from extremely tough, scratch
resistant UV-Protected ABS laminate panels (this
is actually a few grades better than the plastic
material used by the automakers on the step
of rear bumpers) so it has the look, texture,
and quality that perfectly matches the trim
on your truck!! These panels will not crack,
warp, fade, rust, or corrode as each panel has
a core of very rigid resin based honeycomb core
that is impervious to water. Each panel is then
framed in powder coated, aircraft quality aluminum
for a lifetime of indestructible use which gives
it the strength to easily handle up to 200lbs.
