System, we have designed
it to route through the
factory air box so the mechanics
of the air flow to the mass
air goes unchanged.

Ram Air Shaker System from Classic
Design Concepts
Now Available: New Charger Ram
Air Shaker System from Classic Design
Concepts. Using your factory hood,
this engineered kit is a fully functional
cold air system that routes air
through the factory air box that
is retrofitted with a high-flow
cone air filter (included). The
CDC-styled scoop not only incorporates
retro styling, but also includes
modern design cues from your factory
hood. Construction materials are
far superior to anything else on
the market: the engine cover is
injection molded PC-ABS which maintains
a clean and factory under-hood appearance.
There’s even a place for you
to install your own “HEMI”
lettering (not included). The scoop
is now stamped steel and includes
injection molded vent inserts, and
is quickly removed for oil changes
via Dzus-style quarter-turn fasteners.
The system is standard with a high
flow cone filter, steel hood scoop
with vent inserts, all mounting
hardware, instructions, and template
to simplify installation. Please
note the hood scoop does require
paint, unless the optional black
powder coated scoop is selected.
The overall result is added appeal
and performance while maintaining
a factory look. Designed for the
5.7L Hemi including Daytona.

CDC has just upgraded the amount of air that
is flowing through the factory air box, similar
to the system that is used on the factory Mach
1 Mustang those creating a Ram Air System.
