Things to know about ordering:

Make sure that you understand that all Razzi Ground Effects Packages will require the installation of the correct Exhaust Extension tip or Exhaust system to deflect the heat away from the Razzi Ground Effects part (generally Rear Air Dam, but could be a Side Exit system). Razzi has optional exhaust tips and systems available for sale (please refer to the web page for the model you are purchasing) or you can purchase from a local muffler shop or auto parts store.

When Razzi ships our product to you via a common carrier (UPS Ground, LTL truck line, etc.), you become responsible for that merchandise purchased. So, make sure that you thoroughly inspect each package delivered to you PRIOR to signing for delivery. IF there is visible damage, then you should either refuse the shipment OR make a notation on the freight bill or delivery ticket that there was damage to the package (you should try to be as specific as possible about how you describe the damage). Should the damage not be visible prior to signing for the delivery, you must then contact, within 5 days, the delivering carrier to file for a concealed damage claim. You may call Razzi, as the shipping party, to help you if you have any trouble in filing your freight claim, should you have the need to do so. Razzi is not responsible for any damaged or missing items included in the shipment, once the common carrier has accepted them from Razzi for delivery to you.

Again, make sure that you thoroughly understand and accept our terms & conditions of sale; specifically --- payment, shipping, return policy, exchange policy, installation requirements, warranty, etc. After you have found the answers to your question via the appropriate section of this website, you should proceed with your purchase of any Razzi product. If the common carrier (UPS, LTL truck line, etc.) defines the shipping address you are giving Razzi for your shipment as a RESIDENTIAL (home) address, you authorize to bill the "residential surchange" on your credit card. If the shipping address you give us for your shipment is defined as a BUSINESS (commercial) address, then you understand you will NOT be charged the "residential surcharge".
