Some shipping details
Should your package not arrived as the schedule date
stated on the tracking report, please email us so
that we can put a tracer on your delayed package.
Mechanics-Warehouse.com will do everything we can
to help you track your package, however we are not
responsible for your lost or delayed package once
the package has been scanned onto the freight companies
tracking system.
It is the customers responsibility to give a shipping
address that freight company will be enable the package
to be deliverable. The driver at his discretion may
choose to leave the package at the door, if the package
is left at the door, then it becomes the customers
responsibility. It is advisable that the shipping
address provided have someone to receive the package.
There may be an additional fee charge for incorrect
address listed on the order form, or for any change
of address once the package has been shipped and in
freight companies pocession. It is the customer's
responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
We ship all our shipment via the services that United
Parcel Service/DHL/FEDex provides to all its customer.
They do not guarantee delivery by a certain date,
the 7-10 business shipping time frame is only a guideline.
Please allow about 7 to 10 business days to receive
your order from the date you need them. Normal processing
time still applys even in air shipment.
Mechanics-Warehouse.com assumes no liability for packages
left at the door. It is highly recommended that the
shipping address provided have an adult to sign for
the package.
